On Nov 07, 2023; One Thousand Seventy (1070) people have created rangoli arts on the theme ‘importance of voting’ at Science College, Bilaspur.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Agrawal, CEO Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur convened the awareness program organized under ‘SVEEP’, launched by Election Commission of India.
