The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘oldest yoga and meditation centre (pro bono)’ had been achieved by Prekshadhyan Yoga Sadhana Kendra from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
On Oct 20, 2022; under the mentorship of Mr. Parasmal Dalchandji Dugad and Ms. Vimladevi P. Dugad, centre had completed 25 years of service by conducting daily chargeless sessions on yoga & Preksha meditation. Centre was established on Oct 20, 1997.
