The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘most stick yoga postures performed in one minute’ had been achieved by Kumari Sitara at Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
On Jun 15, 2022; Sitara had performed Thirty Three (33) stick yoga postures in one minute.
Under the guidance of Dr. P. N. Ganesh Kumar, program had been organized by ‘Mysore Vivekananda Yoga Education & Research Institution’.
