The Book of World Records proudly acknowledges the extraordinary achievement of the longest poetry show, which took place in Gola Gokarannath, Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, India. Organized under the banner of Swargiya Kapildev Khare Smriti Sanstha, Kapilash Foundation, this grand poetic event lasted for an incredible 154 hours, 16 minutes, and 33 seconds, breaking the previous world record of 128 hours set in 2021.

The event commenced on September 25 at 12 PM and concluded on October 1, bringing together 678 poets from 14 states across India. Hosted at Royal Lawn on Mohammadi Road, the event, famously called ‘Chhoti Kashi Kavya Mahakumbh’, turned into a grand literary spectacle. The opening ceremony was graced by MP Anand Bhadauria and Kheri MP Utkarsh Verma, who officially inaugurated the event. Due to health reasons, Kapilash Foundation’s founder, Laxmi Khare, conveyed her gratitude through a written message.
