Longest Performance of Ek Pada Sirsasana Yoga

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘longest performance of ek pada sirsasana yoga’ had been achieved by Ankit Khatri at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. On Jun 21, 2021; under the guidance of Swami Mahesh Yogi, Ankit had performed Ek pada sirsasana (Foot behind the head pose) for Five minutes Forty seconds (5M:40S). Program had been organized by ‘Divya Bharat Nirman Trust’ and ‘Divya Yogpeeth, Ayodhya’.
