Longest Performance of Dwi Pada Sirsasana

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘longest performance of dwi pada sirsasana’ had been achieved by Gargi Chand (07 years 08 months 21 days) at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, India. On Aug 30, 2021; Gargi (daughter of Ms. Shakuntala Chand & Mr. Ravindra Chand) performed the dwi pada sirsasana yoga (Feet to head pose) for Twenty Four minutes Thirty Six seconds (24M:36S). Under mentorship of Yogacharya Vijay Prakash Joshi, the program had been organized by ‘Shivashram Foundation’.
