Largest Performance of Suryanamaskar in Eight Hour

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of ‘largest performance of Suryanamaskar yoga in eight hour’ had been achieved by Ms. Omika Nishad from Haridwar, Uttarkhand, India. On Jun 20, 2017; Ms. Omika performed Three Thousand One Hundred Twenty Three (3123) sets of Suryanamaskar yoga in Eight hours. World Record was achieved during the celebration of International Yoga Day organized by Patanjali Yogpeeth and Bharat Swabhiman at Ahmedabad.
