The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of ‘fastest judicial judgment for capital punishment in a criminal case’ had been achieved by Madhya Pradesh Prosecution Department from India.
MP Prosecution Department secured judicial judgment for capital punishment in a rape case in duration of Five (5) working days. The case was filed on July 20, 2018 and the judgment was rendered on July 27, 2018.
Case was led by Mr. Rajendra Kumar (IPS & Director General of Prosecution Department).
