Largest Rangoli Portrait by an Individual

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘largest rangoli portrait created by an individual’ had been achieved by Amruta Kushal Senad from Akola, Maharashtra, India. On Jan 26, 2022; Ms. Amruta exhibited a rangoli portrait depicting Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar with dimensions of 70 x 80 feet (length x feet). District Collector Office Akola had organized the feat to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Indian Independence under ‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav program’. Previous World Records: The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of ‘largest rangoli portrait created by an individual’ was achieved by Anup Subhadhrao Kanherkar from Achalpur, Maharashtra, India. During Sep 30-Oct 01, 2019; Anup created the largest rangoli portrait depicting Mahatma Gandhi with dimensions of 45 x 25 feet (length x width) at Ambika lawns. The rangoli portrait had been created to tribute Mahatma Gandhi on 150th birth anniversary. The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of creating ‘largest rangoli portrait by an individual’ was achieved by Mr. Abhishek Nandkishor Neelam Satam from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. On Apr 24, 2017; Mr. Abhishek created the largest rangoli portrait of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar with the dimensions of 44 X 24 feet (length x width) at R. M. Bhatt High School, Parel.
