The Book of World Records officially recognizes that The longest taco measured 110 m (360.89 ft) and was achieved by the Government of the State of Chiapas and the Secretariat of Tourism Canirac Chiapas (both Mexico) in Berriozábal, Chiapas, Mexico, on 18 September 2024.
The taco was filled with cochito, a typical stew from Berriozábal that consists of pork, potato, adobo, and onions.
