The Book of World Records (TBWR) certified wrold record “largest campaign of planting fruit plants by women” has been achieved by District Collector from Gariyaband, Chhattisgarh, India.
On Jul 10, 2024; Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred (86400) fruit plants have been planted by newly married women, pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Agrawal (District Collector) convened the campaign aimed to decrease the malnutrition and stunning of children in district.
