- As our services involve record certification, adjudication, and processing fees, all payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Once an application is submitted and payment is made, it is non-reversible even if the record is not approved.
2. Refund Policy
We only offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:
(a) Duplicate Payment
- If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, you may request a full refund for the duplicate charge.
(b) Service Not Provided
- If we are unable to provide the adjudication or verification service after payment (due to an error on our end), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of processing.
(c) Cancellation by Us
- If we cancel an adjudication service or event for any reason, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

❌ Adjudication service fees (if the event was conducted).
❌ Fast-track or priority processing fees.
❌ Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway charges).
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

2️⃣ Provide proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, or invoice).
3️⃣ Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.
