Dr. Arun Raj R. G. from Kollam, Kerala, set the record for making the smallest double-ended dental instrument. He was born on July 3, 1997. He created a tiny dental explorer just 1.5 mm long in only 3 minutes. He used wire along with orthodontic tools like a universal plier and a hardwire cutter. The record was confirmed on January 9, 2025.
