The Horseshoe Falls section of Niagara Falls, on the Canada-US border, carries a greater volume of water over its crest than any other waterfall on Earth, with flow commonly cited around 2,400 cubic metres per second. Most of that flow, and the more dramatic curved drop, lies on the Canadian side.
