The Book of World Records (TBWR) certified wrold record “largest modak” has been jointly achieved by Dainik Divya Marathi and Kalyan Group from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
On Sep 16, 2024; during the celebration of ‘Ganpati Mahotsav‘, a modak with dimensions of 8 ft. height and 10 ft. base diameter, weighing 1400 kg. has been made with motichoor & condensed milk to offer Lord Ganesha at Kalyan Celebration.
Mr. Bhalchandra Sonar convened the feat.
