The Book of World Records (TBWR) certified wrold record “largest vertical human chain” has been achieved by District Balrampur team from Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh, India.
On Oct 29, 2023; under the guidence of District Collector, Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Three (14703) people formed a human chain at Gaurlata hills (altitude:1225 m) congregated to participate in the voters awareness program promoted under SVEEP by Election Commission of India.
Mr. Remegeus Ekka (District Collector) and Ms. Rena Jamil (CEO, Zila Panchayat) along with District Administration team coordinated the feat.
