Longest Performance of Pindasana Yoga

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘longest performance of pindasana yoga’ had been achieved by Sonit Kumar at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. On Jun 21, 2021; under the guidance of Swami Mahesh Yogi, Sonit had performed Pindasana (Embryo pose) for Twenty Four minutes Ten seconds (24M:10S). Program had been organized by ‘Divya Bharat Nirman Trust’ and ‘Divya Yogpeeth, Ayodhya’.
