Longest Performance of Prasarit Sirsasana Yoga

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘longest performance of prasarit sirsasana yoga’ had been achieved by Maneesh Yadav at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. On Jun 21, 2021; under the guidance of Swami Mahesh Yogi, Maneesh had performed Prasarit sirsasana (Fan pose tripod headstand) for Thirty Nine minutes Thirty Six seconds (39M:36S). Program had been organized by ‘Divya Bharat Nirman Trust’ and ‘Divya Yogpeeth, Ayodhya’.
