The Book of World Records (TBWR) certified wrold record “longest performance of uddalakasana yoga” has been achieved by Aniruddh Chaprana (15 years 11 months 11 days) at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
On May 19, 2024; Aniruddh (son of Ms. Pooja and Mr. Kuldeep Chaprana) performed uddalakasana yoga for Fifteen minutes (15M).
Anuj Yogi convened the program organized by ‘Yoganjali Vidhyapeeth Trust’ and ‘Shri Satti Maa Ashram’.
