Longest River Rafting Expedition

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of ‘longest river rafting expedition’ had been achieved by Tarun Kumar Banjaree and ITBP team from Dongargarh, Chhattisgarh, India. During Apr 24 – Jun 19, 2012; ITBP team under guidance of Mr. Banjaree performed the river rafting for Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Five (2525) kilometers in fifty six days. Rafting of river Ganga was done from nearest point of it’s source ‘Gomukh’ to estuary ‘Ganga Sagar’.
