Rotary International District 3262, led by District Governor Rtn Yagyansis Mohapatra, constructed a massive sand eye sculpture on the banks of the River Kuakhai in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, to promote eye donation awareness. Created to celebrate the 120th World Rotary Day, the sculpture measured 195 feet long and 32 feet high, using approximately 1,500 metric tons of sand to symbolize the hope and vision eye donation offers. This achievement was confirmed on February 23, 2025.
