Dr. T. Sundara Raj Perumall, along with VARAMU Charitable Trust and Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad, conducted a single-event Ayurveda initiative in which 548 patients received free Vasti Karma therapy. The achievement was officially recognized by The Book of World Records on 18 August 2026 under Reference No. TBWR/IND/2026/08/081.
