The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘most souvenirs of universities published in working tenure of an individual’ had been achieved by Dr. Shiv Varan Shukla from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
During Oct 06, 2020 – Feb 22, 2022; Dr. Shukla acted as chairperson in ‘Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission’. Under guidance of Dr. Shukla, commission published Ten (10) souvenirs of various universities.
Ms. Anusuiya Uikey (Governor: Chhattisgarh) inaugurated the souvenirs.
