Most Units of Blood Collected in A Blood Donation Drive In 12 Hours

The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘most units of blood collected in a blood donation drive in 12 hours (multiple locations)’ had been achieved by District Administration from Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh, India. On Mar 23, 2022; Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Seven (2887) units of blood had been collected at various locations of district. Mr. Dinesh Jain (District Collector) convened the drive, organized to tribute the martyrs of India during the celebration of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’. Previous World Record: The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record of ‘most units of blood collected in a blood donation drive in 12 hours (multiple locations)’ was achieved by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Raipur Branch from Chhattisgarh, India. On Jan 14, 2021; Four Hundred Forty Four (444) units of blood had been collected during blood donation camp organized at twenty five locations. CA Kishore Hemraj Baradia (Chairperson, ICAI, Raipur branch) convened the program.
