The Book of World Records (TBWR) officially certified world record ‘smallest advertisement’ had been achieved by ASML from Veldhoven, Netherlands.
On Sep 21, 2018; the smallest advertisement measured 33.272 μm (microns) long and 7.76 μm wide. It had been etched and imprinted with deep ultraviolet light on a 300 mm silicon wafer with ASML equipment. The advertisement contained the text ‘To Truly Go Small You had To Think Big #Smallest_AD ASML’.
