Rumeysa Gelgi of Turkey was confirmed by Guinness World Records in 2021 as the tallest living woman, standing over 215 centimeters (about 7 feet) tall as a result of Weaver syndrome. She has since added related titles, including the record for the longest fingers of any living woman.
