Youngest Carnatic music vocalist The Book of World Record Holder

Ramesh Goyal, born on October 23, 1948, is from Sirsa, Haryana. He wrote a poem named ‘Jal Chalisa’ to promote water conservation. It was printed in a booklet, with 12 editions and 5,000 copies each, published from March 2012 to September 2019. He has received many awards for his work. This was confirmed on April 29, 2021.
